Carolynn Howard & Ryan Lally
Carolynn and Ryan are co-founders of The Key Hive brokered by eXp Realty. Sharing a deep passion for helping clients find success in the always changing real estate market, they use their expertise to the fullest. Carolynn has two Masters' degrees and a background in data analytics. Her specialty focuses around understanding trends in data and using the current numbers of the market to better educate clients. Ryan has a civil engineering degree and started his career in commercial construction. He uses this knowledge to hep clients fully understand home inspections, as well as provide insight to home renovations.
